All Flexcon Top and Flexcon Solar vessels with butyl

1 May 2017, 16:15

From now on, not only the 2 to 80 litre Flexcon Top and Flexcon Solar expansion vessels, but also the 100 to 1000 litre models will feature a butyl membrane. A huge benefit of the butyl membrane is the minimal permeability. This means the pre-charge is retained for longer making it suitable for higher temperatures. Combined with the other unique characteristics, it is therefore not surprising that these expansion vessels are the best available.

Flexcon Top

Ideally suited for application in enclosed central heating, cooling and air conditioning systems. The butyl membrane can withstand temperatures of up to 90 °C.

  • The thread on the water connection is not coated for easy mounting of the vessel.
  • Suitable for antifreeze agents.
  • The gas side is filled with nitrogen rather than air, preventing corrosion and reducing diffusion of the pre-charge gas.
  • Standard seven-year warranty.
