From now on, not only the 2 to 80 litre Flexcon Top and Flexcon Solar expansion vessels, but also the 100 to 1000 litre models will feature a butyl membrane. A huge benefit of the butyl membrane is the minimal permeability. This means the pre-charge is retained for longer making it suitable for higher temperatures. Combined with the other unique characteristics, it is therefore not surprising that these expansion vessels are the best available.
Flexcon Top
Ideally suited for application in enclosed central heating, cooling and air conditioning systems. The butyl membrane can withstand temperatures of up to 90 °C.
Flexcon Solar
Specially made for use in enclosed solar installations. The butyl membrane can withstand temperatures of up to 110 ºC.
