In July, Aalberts hydronic flow control signed a letter of intent with The Green Village. This is a true living lab at Delft University of technology , which provides businesses and university researchers with an environment where they can safely develop, test and demonstrate essential innovations.
Aalberts hydronic flow control will research and test the use of in-house hydrogen installations and energy efficiency in existing buildings. We believe that using sustainably produced hydrogen could be a fantastic way to generate sustainable energy, resulting in no harmful emissions, and it has the potential to play a serious role in our future energy needs.
This project fits with Aalberts' innovative thinking and sustainable agenda, tapping into our unique skill set where we push boundaries with our engineering expertise.

Flamco has been involved in the development, production and sale of high-quality components for use in HVAC systems since 1956. It is part of the stocklisted Aalberts NV, instituted in 1975. Along with Comap, which helps manage water and energy through its thermal and sanitary products that increase comfort in buildings, the Aalberts hydronic flow control business unit was constituted. Stronger together, Flamco and Comap will continue to build mission critical technologies to manage heating and cooling humanly with better financial and environmental efficacy. From source to emitter we partner with our customers to engineer seamless energy efficient hydronic systems for their building requirements.
